As a civil servant, I have a stable job and income. I'm dealing with endometriosis, which is currently covered under my health insurance. I'm not planning to have children in the future, but I do need to support my parents financially. I'm considering buying a property with a budget between $500,000 and $1 million. While I have some understanding of insurance, I'm seeking advice to ensure my coverage is adequate for my needs. I travel quarterly, which might affect my insurance requirements. My main focus right now is on critical illness coverage, as that's the type of insurance I've specifically requested information about.

Current Insurance Plans

I currently have a few insurance policies in place. My Whole Life policy provides coverage of $30,000 with an annual premium of $800. For hospitalization, I have two Integrated Shield Plans (ISPs) with annual premiums of $280 and $420 respectively. I also have an Endowment policy that offers coverage of $20,000 with an annual premium of $2,500. However, I'm not entirely sure if these policies are sufficient for my needs, which is why I'm seeking advice.
