I am currently a single person with a property in Malaysia that I am about to start paying a loan for. I am unsure about having children in the future, but if possible, I would like to have 1-2 children. My main focus is on getting term insurance with no surrender value, as I am not sure when I will return to Malaysia. I am looking for insurance coverage that is suitable for a single person at the moment.
